Maximus Gladiator Papua ikut mengapresiasi dengan menghadiri langsung Sidang Terbuka Promosi Doktor Program Pasjasarjana Ilmu Lingkungan pada Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung dengan promovendus Doktor Ir. Wiratno, M.Sc.

Sidang terbuka promosi Doktor Ilmu Lingkungan dilangsungkan di Ruang Sidang Promosi Doktor Universitas Padjadjaran Bandung pada Kamis (23/6/2022).

Disela-sela sidang promosi dokter, Rektor Universitas Padjadjaran Bandung, Prof. Rina Indiastuti mengatakan mudah-mudahan keberhasilan Wiratno ini akan membawa keberhasilan lainnya di masa mendatang.

Hendaknya disadari bahwa gelar doktor bukanlah sekedar menambahkan dua huruf di depan nama saudara (Wiratno-Red), tetapi membawa tanggung jawab untuk senantiasa mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya di bidang ilmu lingkungan yang telah ditekuni untuk disumbangkan bagi bangsa dan negara. Saudara Wiratno luar biasa pada perkembangan ilmu-ilmunya di tanah air,” kata Prof Rina memuji Wiratno yang juga Direktur Jenderal Konservasi Sumberdaya Alam Ekosistem (KSDAE) RI.

Sidang promosi doktor ini merupakan puncak pencapaian dari studi doktoral yang telah dilakukan Bapak Wiratno selama menjalankan pendidikan Program Pasjasarjana Ilmu Lingkungan pada Universitas Padjadjaran Bandung .

Pada momen bahagia itu, Dr. Ir. Wiratno, M.sc pun berksempatan foto bersama Maximus Gladiator Papua, didampingi Dr. Alue Dohong selaku Wakil Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan, juga Prof. Dr. Ir. Hadi Sukadi Alikodra, MS, ahli konservasi alam dan pengelolaan margasatwa dari Bogor.(timgladiatorpapua)
